Home Inspection
At the time of the inspection I was a satisfied customer -they were professional and took time to point out everything including the details like tiny cracks in a couple of windows. However, six months later we were remodeling our bathroom and had the Bellevue city inspector come to pass our work and was told that the pipe to the water heater wasn't positioned right and we could easily have a carbon monoxide leak, he also said the furnace was not installed up to code. Just a couple of things they failed to spot . . . Now I'm wondering what else major they missed. But hey, at least they noticed the cracks in the windows.
