They are very convenient and they are open on Sunday’s I think.  They are open pretty late.  The prices of the rental equipment are good.  I haven’t worked with them, my husband has, and I know that he likes them because he goes there every time.

Went to Home Depot to get carpet for a house. The appointment for the carpet measure took about an hour to set up, which in my opinion is way too long. I went to pay for the carpet after the carpet measure appointment found out how much carpet I would need and Home Depot got an accurate price. When I went to Home Depot to pay for the carpet the associate didn't know what they were doing. It took about an hour to pay for my carpet and installation. They couldn't find my work order or something. They also did not show me where they planned on placing the carpet seams. I get in the parking lot and look over the receipt and felt like they over-charged me. I went back in and the associate that helped me was off for the day. I had to call the manager to get things straightened out and found that they overcharged me by $70. I had to drive back to Home Depot again to get my refund. I put masking tape on my base trim to protect it since I had just refinished it. When the service guys came they installed the carpet. The install guys are from a company in Kansas City. The installers are just some guys that Home Depot hires and they don't really have a business. During the installation they chipped my new tile that I had just laid in four places. They managed to scratch my base board through the masking tape. They also scratched door and window trim as high as three feet off the floor. I didn't think that I needed to tape my door and window trim. The installers also dented and cracked base board trim from using there stretcher. I called to have the problem resolved and they said they would replace the tile, but I did not want the same installers screwing anything else up. As far as the base board was concerned the just went over it with an almond stick, which just covers up the damage. I told the installers when they came back out to fix the damage that I wanted a call from the company and have not received a call. This company should have sent out a manager instead of just sending out the installers again.

I was very pleased with Home Depot's role. They sold us good cabinets at a fair price. The installation was a nightmare, but Home Depot intervened with the contractor and helped us solve the problem.

We were very pleased on how they handled our business and now our windows were enhancing the style of our home. It gave our home the classic look with features like multi point lock for weather tightness and added security. The installers did a great job, and we were very pleased with their work.

Home Depot came out the first time and we actually thought they were very polite and did an okay job, but then we started to notice ripples and bumps in the carpet. We called them back and they tried to fix it. We are still having problems with the carpet and I am not satisfied with them at all. Insurance paid for my carpeting.

The sub contractors that Home Depot sent out did a really good job putting in the windows and door. They didn t waste any time, cleaned up well and didn t damage anything. We haven't had any problems with leaks or drafts. The company really knew what they were doing and we were happy with the results.

We have used there services in the past for other projects and they did a wonderful job for us so we did not hesitate in using them again. We set up the appointment and they showed up on time both days. In just two days we had the new flooring in our house. They did a fantastic job and were very careful not to damage any of the flooring.

Home Depot is a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy company. The worker was very prompt and friendly. I was pleased with the service experience. I go to Home Depot for many of my home needs. I will continue to do so. I would recommend them to others.

Home Depot showed up and did a quick removal of my old water heater and replaced it with the new one in less than an hour. They cleaned up well and they came back a week later just to ensure that everything was functioning properly, and it was.

We are very happy with getting our new doors. We have needed them for a while now. The front door is very nice with a couple of tinted glass panes. I have wanted to replace some of the doors inside the house, and when we were at Home Depot one day, we just started looking and ended up talking to an associate. Next thing you know, we were scheduling a time and day to have the doors replaced. We were very pleased with the prices as well, since we have shopped around for doors at other places.

We loved the new windows and Home Depot was fine overall. However, the guys they contracted to do the work were not the greatest by far. There were two of them and they worked really slow and did a poor job caulking the windows. There was caulk smeared around the window frames and it looked terrible. We let Home Depot know and they had someone come back out, but the caulk was already set up and there wasn't much they could do by then. It was poor quality work overall.
