Every one of the workers from the initial phone call to the final project have been fantastic! The knowledge that everyone had who we were in contact with was overwhelming. They are so experience. They are an amazing company to work with. Even the receptionists were great! One in particular, Ana, really knows her business. It was such a delight to work with everyone there. Jeff even handled all of the insurance papers for us.

They were hired to replace my son’s roof and gutters in July but never did the gutter work. Wouldn’t answer phone calls. Now they say it will be another 4 weeks before they’ll finish the job.

They cashed my check for $9800.00 to repair my roof from damage that was made by a tree limb. They cashed the check FIVE MONTHS AGO and never begun the work. My ceiling has caved in electrical is exposed and 100 year old wood floors damaged. They were supposed to place a tarp but the rain still pours in. They never did anything until I threatened a lawsuit. DO NOT USE THEM. Maybe it is because the house is in North Omaha and they think old neighborhoods do not matter. Now I am stuck. I cannot sell it or rent it in this condition.

Very informative and proficient. I felt as if Jeff Forbes was truely going to bat with insurance company for me. We are still in negotiations due to the insurance company's stiff policies and so called weather history. I'm glad Jeff is here to help me out. MY own company and they left me out to hang unlike Hoffman Construction. Thank you Jeff and your company

Nick Hoffman was a great Project Manager and the installation team stayed long hours just to finish early, which we approved and appreciated. We've been happy with the work and it was completed 3 months ago.

The 4.5 is due to being a bit jumbled around at first. The original individual to give us a quote had left the company and I'm not sure, but I feel like If I hadn't called in a few times I would have never gotten another person to get us a quote. All was resolved however with a little effort on my part. The second individual got us a solid quote that was a bit different, but still a solid quote. Very good execution of the windows.. he was done within two days after running into two minor issues. We would use HW again!

The windows were really good quality. They didn't seal them properly the first time, which I noticed when it rained and there was water between the storm and the regular window. But when I called they sent someone out to check and he fixed it for free and I haven't had problems since. I also got some siding done and it looks very nice also.

Extremely dedicated workers in this company. Inspected all windows a few days before installation in case any mistakes or marks on the production. I was able to schedule two installs several months apart to fit w/in my budget. Other companies would not even discuss doing business in this manner. For quality, service and price Hoffman was the top of all the companies who quoted the job.

they arrived on-time, cleanup after the job and were responsive to our question. they were an excellent and honest contractor. I would recommend their service to anyone.

They are the best installer to work with. Out of 5 contractors, they are the only one who was willing to put in extra efforts to work with insurance adjustor to get project approved, and installed the roof quickly in a quality manner. I highly recommend them!
