Working with this company was a huge mistake. I could give a hundred of examples of how miserable this experience was but here are a few: 1. There was extremely poor craftsmanship throughout the entire project. 2. The contractors did not follow our architect?s plans. 3. Changes were made and executed without ever discussing with us. 4. We received little to no communication about the project, especially when problems arose. We would not get responses even after multiple attempts at communication with Aaron. 5. When things went wrong we were always given excuses instead of solutions. 6. Aaron, his company, and his contractors have absolutely no accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We did our project with Highrock two years ago and we are still dealing with the aftermath of the horrible craftsmanship that has required hiring sub-contractors to fix major issues that seem to keep coming up. This project has cost us so much extra time, money, and frustration.
