HEMMINGER'S HANDYMAN SVC

They were everything i wanted and more. They did it quick and efficiently. They were super nice.

When he came, he talked to me like I was stupid because I was a single mom, I didn't care for his attitude. He wasn't completely disrespectful but he reminded me of a car salesman, he acted like I didn't know anything.  He refused to give me a written estimate because it would be a waste of time. If I committed to using him he would then give me an estimate. It took him a few days to get back to me.

The job seemed to take longer than I had expected HOWEVER he was a perfectionist. He communicated with us throughout regarding alternatives, etc. Before putting in the new faucets, etc. he also cleaned out the drains. We also had a problem in the basement with the drain pipe from the tub freezing in low wind chill temperatures; he fixed the problem by moving the trap out. It took less time than he expected as he ran into no problems cutting out the pipe so he even installed a new kitchen sink and faucet for us. I didn't get any other estimates before hiring him so don't know if the price was high or not but he was recommended to me by a relative. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and seemed to be well versed in all areas, recommending what type of tile, etc. to get. I'd definitely hire him again if the need arose and have recommended him to others.

We like him very much.  He is very honest and to the point.  He has good judgment.
