The man at the front desk surprised me as he was a little on the brusque side, but he was not unpleasant, and he scheduled an appointment for me that was the following workday. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, but they were nice and took me as soon as I got there rather than having me reschedule. During the process of replacing the windshield, the technician broke the windshield wiper, but they located a replacement and replaced it the same day after I got off of work.
