Very punctual. Very responsive to issues and concerns...of which there were few. Was easy to reach and responsive when I called back to address some pavers that had come loose from steps. One little shrub didn't survive. Brad had it replaced and didn't charge me anything. Overall, I was very happy with services and plan to use them again with additional landscaping needs.

Heartland Gardens has been helping out with a steep hill planted with honeysuckle and overall with our yard for several years, at least 7 years. They have also done some snow removal in the past.
Brad and his crew are professional, fast, and thorough. Through all the years they've helped us, I can count on one hand the times I've wanted something done a little differently. We worked through a landscaping plan once, and we ended up doing part of it that really enhanced the entryway to our home.
Most recently, we have been preparing to put our rental property on the market for sale. Brad and crew came out and spruced up all of the mulch, trimmed back old weeds and plantings, repaired winter damage, and just brought everything up to looking great. It was early in the spring, and he was able to schedule us in quickly... as it gets more into his busy time, he always tries to accommodate but gives realistic time-frame expectations.
The quality of work, his landscaping ideas, and professionalism make it so I would recommend Brad Smith Heartland Gardens any time!
