 + -1 moreThe first time I purchased the bed the frame of the full bed was not drilled correctly. The holes in the frame to attach the top bunk were misaligned. When we ordered the replacement for the bottom bunk it was then sent without the hardware to assemble the bed. When I asked customer service to send a hardware package to put it together, they stated they have no inventory and I would need to get that from the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer, there stated they don't work with the public, only dealers or distributors. When I informed Hayneedle customer service they stated they couldn't do anything and offered to send an email.
Description of Work: The provider sold me a twin over full bunk bed.

 + -1 moreThey are good, they have a good return policy. Their delivery takes a little bit longer than most places but everything arrived in good condition. From all the websites I searched online for children they had the best return policy. They are a little bit more expensive, but they are well established. I wouldn't say it's the best price.
