There was no charge. It’s still under my purchase. I’m given someone I guess dedicated to me and I’ve been through like 3 times maybe, and I get the same person every time. So, that’s pretty consistent and I like that. I like knowing who I’m going to be dealing with. They would provide me with a loaner car, but I haven’t had the need for one yet.

I don’t know if I will use them again. I haven’t decided yet. It took too long to complete the transaction. The sales person was fine. They were okay.

They treat their customers with care and kindness.  I have used this dealership for 7 years, and have never had a problem with them.

Fast and on time.

They are really good with the car. You don't end up waiting long. I think it's a little pricey because you can go to other places that are quite a bit cheaper. They seem to do a really good job. They check everything. It's kind of hard to get an appointment.

The service writer was personable and pleasant and arranged for me to get a ride home.  Several hours later, he called and explained exactly what was wrong with the car and what parts needed to be replaced and what each part would cost.  He explained the warranty and told me that the car would be test driven to make sure everything was working properly.  I gave my okay over the phone and several hours later, they sent a car to pick me up.
I was pleased with the service and the time they took to explain what they were doing.  I might have been able to get it done cheaper at another place but it is a dealership, close to my home, has a good reputation and my husband trusted them to do a good job.  I saw no need to shop around.

I had higher hopes for these guys, but our experience was bad enough that we will never go back. We took a test drive, and the initial salesman we had was pretty nice. We didn't really like the car, and wanted to check out some other brands of cars. So we thank the salesman and go to leave -- as we are backing up we see this guy running towards our car.
We mistakenly roll down the window to see what he wants. It turns out he is some sort of manager, and wants us to come back in for "a great offer".  The great offer turns out to be $500 off of sticker price on the car we didn't like. He then goes on to give us a sob story about how they are short on a sales quota then tries high pressure sales tactics; For example he wanted us to sign some kind of letter of intent to buy a car. He also asked us what other brands/models of cars we were interested in, and after we told him each one he berated the manufacturer (like Chevrolet is such a great brand anymore).
There are so many car dealers in Omaha, don't waste your time with these jokers.

The experience went very well.  We take almost all the cars to them.  They are very reliable.  I would recommend one of their service managers and his name is JD.  I like their timeliness of service.  They always stood behind all the repairs.  Once, they diagnosed the problem and turned out that it was a wrong problem, so they fixed it for free.

We have used H & H Chevrolet for years. Our current car is a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu. The workers always do a beautiful job, quickly. I am not sure of the price as it was covered by insurance. We will continue to patronize H & H for any future needs.
