Our experience in a new home with mold spores was extremely frustrating. With the uniqueness of our crawl space we were uncertain to what the best solution would be and Groundworks help this resolve our issue. Emanuel was very professional, explained everything in detailâ he and his crew (Luis and En) worked quickly and cleaned up so well I could hardly tell theyâ d just dug three deep holes in our yard.

Jon, Ler and Emanuel L were the crew who installed 5 piers on the corner of my house. They were very efficient, and left things looking exactly as before they did the job. I received updates as their work progressed.

The crew I had was very good,: pleasant, considerate, informative, took great care, and they worked like busy beavers. Job required 8 piers, and they went to great lengths to miss hitting at the main water line coming into the house which was supposed to be marked (flagged), but whomever was supposed to do the flagging never came and when called to come mark, simply said "go ahead, it'll be fine". It would not have been fine, and basement would have been flooded had these fellows not hand dug an extra two feet to unearth the H2O line and then made accommodations.

We noticed some cracking on our outside walls and separation on our front steps. We realized that this is a common problem in Colorado due to the poor composition of the soil. So we recently secured the foundation of our home with Groundworks. First, let me point out that stabilizing the foundation of your home can be a daunting undertaking. It is also one of the most responsible ways to perserve the equity in your property. Groundworks has a reputation for excellence in preparation, execution, and problem-solving in foundation work. But we had never had to address this level of home renovation and the extensive landscaping in our yard complicated the scope of our project. While we were concerned about our project's complexity, we were extremely relieved at the high level of knowledge, competence, communication, customer service, and professionalism awarded to us by the Groundworks foundation team. Our foreman Clem, and his team (Luis, Noah, Ran, and Rokk) literally went above and way beyond our expectations to explain next steps, listen to us, problem-solve, and execute a solution to every concern we raised. Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. We can enthusiastically state that working with, and completing our foundation project with Groundworks was a GREAT experience!

I have a pole shed that one of the poles had sunk and was throwing the door off. The crew of Grant, Luis and Jesse had a system that was amazing to see them put this building back in place.

They were very polite and professional! Also told me things that I could do for my foundation in the future!

I am very pleased with the work done and with the employees. CJ came out first and deeply reviewed everything and gave me a thorough explanation of what was happening to my home and how they could fix it. Then, the workers - Rene Renteria, Martin Rodriquez and Daniel Garcia came to the home and four days later everything was done! These guys worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves each day. They did a quality job and I'm now very confident in the stability of my home and foundation. I recommend them to anyone needing similar work. Note: The gals I spoke to in the Groundworks office were just as pleasant as the guys I met. They were all very easy to work with and were very pleasant people. They really wanted to satisfy me, their customer. :) I'll call them first next time if I need anything else.

Was extremely happy with the whole experience. Three men came to do the work & they were very efficient, polite, & excellent about explaining all they were going to do. They consulted with me if any changes had to be made. These guys (Emanuel Valdez, Luis Vasquez, & Eh Tec?) were some of your best.
