Kevin came out on a hot day to check out the sprinkler system at a house that we had recently purchased. I had noticed the ground getting wet when I had tried out the system previously. He did some digging around the foundation and identified a plumbing issue, and let me know exactly what to tell the plumber so that I could get it repaired. He also suggested that we have a hose-bib added to the outside of the house to make it easier to winterize the system, and he reviewed the sprinkler program to ensure that it was dialed in correctly. I was happy with this service and will use them again in the future.

They are very helpful. They gave me instruction and showed me how to use it. I just moved into this house and so I'd never used that sprinkler system before. They made sure it worked and everything was up and running. The technician from Ground Control offered to come back if I wanted to manual do some changes in the sprinkler system. He also showed me how to do it.

Each fall they come turn the system off for the year. In the spring they start it back up. They pressurize the system. All the heads are inspected and pointed in the right direction and everything is inspected for leaks. I have never had any unexpected trouble with the system because of doing the maintenance.
