What do you get with Great Plains Tree Care? Other than immediate results, you get extremely professional, efficient, and friendly service. They were excellent at communicating, from getting the initial quote, to things we added along the way, and all the way through delivering the service. We had a huge project, something that was quoted to take weeks to months with other providers. They completed it in a half a day, along with full service clean up, leaf blowing, and raking. They left our property much much better than they found it. And they got to us sooner than expected. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends!

they were supposed to trim back further than just the property line with approval from the neighbor, which i had. I was out of town when the work was performed, or i would have mentioned that. I was supposed to receive an email with a date and confirmation of the work but never got that to confirm i would be here. Other than that slight hiccup, everything else went fine and my power lines are cleared for the time being.

Mike did a good job on the tree care. He showed up when he said he would and his prices were reasonable. There was some damage to the surrounding plants but this was expected. HOWEVER the gate to the backyard was broken off and a bush planted by it this Spring was trampled beyond recovery. I left a message regarding these two things because I was upset there was no acknowledgement or apology for the damage. When Mike returned my call he was rude and insulting. He basically called me a liar, said he knew what I was trying to do and then proceeded to tell me what a mess my yard is. He assumed I was trying to get out of paying him and wouldn't let it go. He began texting me after the call ended with photos of a weed showing between the boards of the open bottom gate as "evidence" it had been in its current location for a long time. One weed…showing in the space between two vertical boards of an open bottomed gate. Really. This could have easily slid between the boards when the gate was placed against the fence. I freely admit the gate is not in great shape but it was up and functional before Mike began work. I had just gone through it the night before to put lawn waste out for pick up. If you decide to hire him, do yourself a favor and take photos of your property before he begins work.

This company is top notch. Staff is courteous and friendly, reasonably priced,work was done when promised and was notified before work was to be done. The crew done a excellent job removing the trees and stumps, cleaning up all debris and wood chips. Could not even tell that they were there except for the missing trees. Highly recommended. I had 2 high tree limbs broken in recent wind storm. The tree was also in bad shape due to a heavy wet snow several years ago causing all the limbs to sag. I did not imagine it would ever look good again. However, I was amazed when I saw the work Mike had done. He had removed the broken limbs and pruned the entire tree, giving it a great shape again. I would definitely use his service again, if needed, and would highly recommend him.

This was the second time we used Mike's company. I have to say Mike is the most responsive business owner I have ever worked with. He returns calls promptly and is very courteous. He and his crew do exceptional work. We had a tree removed from our back yard, and they literally swept their way out of the yard. All of the debris was gone, the fence perfectly replaced, and the only evidence they were there was the missing tree. Outstanding company and I will continue to use them.

This was the second time I've used them and they were just as good as the last. Call Mike when you have a job and give him a chance to bid it. They will not disappoint you.

When I ordered this service I asked for some pretty precise results. When I got home from work, they had felled the tree and placed everything EXACTLY as I had requested. I thought the quote was too low and hesitated before hiring Mike and his crew. Amazing level of service for the cost. i will be calling Mike again and have referred him several times already.

Very, very pleased with service.  Called Mike for estimate.  He came within a day or so.  He was professional and courteous.  He3 advised me how everything would go and that his crew would arrive to perform services in 7-10 days.  They came within 3 or 4 days and everything was done.  My large tree in the front that they trimmed up looks absolutely wonderful!!  They did everything so fast too and all was done to my satisfaction.  Will definitely use them again!!!
