Throughout the year I repeatedly had to call them to clean up debris after mowing. After mowing, they blew all the debris from the driveway back on to the grass. It looked terrible. They had to come back multiple times to take care of it. I asked them to edge - not line-trim - my yard by the driveway and sidewalk. They line-trimmed anyway and cut away a few inches of grass, in some places as wide as my foot. I told them not to do that and that I wanted it edged. It took months before they finally edged it. In November they mowed once, then skipped a week. (His quote when I asked why they didn't come to remove the many leaves that carpeted my yard and driveway for two weeks, "I've got yards that are 10 times the size of yours." A friendly neighbor came by and used his blower to clean the leaves off my driveway. By the time Grass Groomers finally came, my driveway was heavily stained by all the leaves. They just recently trimmed my bushes and did the final cleanup. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. My $31 per week ballooned into nearly $210 for the month of November and $260 for the month of December! A total of nearly $470! My next-door-neighbors - also fixed-income seniors - used their service also and their charges for December alone were nearly $300! I have never been charged that much for lawn services and I have been living here over 20 years. Needless to say neither I nor my next-door-neighbors will ever use their services again. (I have pictures of the messy front yard, the trimming, and the two weeks' worth of leaves covering my front yard.)
Grass Groomers provide full service yard care...mowing, fertilize, fall clean-up. We've used this company for 12 years and they are always reliable and very professional. The yard always looked great. The price is reasonable. They also do snow removal in the winter.
