Went really well. they were helpful, prompt and on time and reasonably priced.

We have used them for almost 3 years.  The office staff are always great.  They have given us advice several times, and a few times they could have tried to sell me something and I wouldn't have known any different, but they didn't.  Their prices seem a little high, but it's worth it for me to not kill my own lawn.

On the third visit, Granulawn employees left our back yard gate open, allowing our 2 dogs to get out without our knowing.  Someone from a vet clinic on Maple Street brought them back to us, as they had chased them clear thru our neighborhood and back to our house.  The dogs were absolutely filthy, our older dog can hardly walk from doing all of that running, and our young dog ate something we are unsure of and is throwing up.  When I called Granulawn to cancel th service and explained why, the woman on the phone was nice, she took the information and said she would cancel our prepaid service right away, but that's the only credit I will give them.  Thank goodness the woman answering the phone was nice.  I will NEVER hire this company again.

They did a marvelous job. I am very pleased with the finished look. The outside of my home looks great. They knew exactly what I wanted and where to plant everything. It certainly raised my equity of my home. Our neighbors are always making comments on how beautiful the yard looks.

The installers did a great job. They were there as promised and did a great job with minimal damage to my yard. Great price on the system and very professional to work with. The service afterwards was excellent also.

You don't have to stay on top of them to get them to stay on schedule they show up on time and keep a good record of their services. I'm impressed with the results I get form their services and products I believe they advertise their products as being people and pet friendly. They offer free service calls, but I have not had any problems to complain about.

What I liked about this place was that if another company offered you a lower price they would match the price, they had very competitive pricing. They stood by their work, guaranteed the work and if a problem came up they would send someone right out to fix it. They were very neat with their fertilizer and didn't get it all over the sidewalk or driveway.
