+ -1 moreRick is our version of Bob Villa. We believe he should be on HGTV or DIY. He grew up with a hammer in one hand and a tape measure in the other. Meticulous, in a word. Rick's word is gospel. We're sad he moved to Omaha, but that's where the business is in his profession. Words cannot express how much we miss him. If our home has any value? It was put there by Rick Parsons. A caveat. Has nothing to do with Rick. I wanted to say Numerous Remodels and it came up Nurse Practitioner. That's on the website. Rick is true to his word. Dependable. Trustworthy. Thorough in his work. Detail-oriented and excellent communicator. What more is there?
Description of Work: This is a long list. Front and Back screen doors, Garage walk door, basement steps, fireplace upgrade: new tile face, mantle, and tile hearth, complete bathroom demo and replace: Onyx shower install, new ceiling, floor and wall tile, roof demo and replace complete with new sheathing. Later this year we're HOPING Rick is able to replace a large window.
