As a new kitchen floor was being installed, I discovered that there was a door or window leak that had rotted the subfloor.  Gary quickly determined that the leak was coming from the window above the patio door and returned the following day to remove the vinyl siding and properly install water diverters.  At my request he also did this for the patio door because I was concerned that it hadn't been properly installed by a different contractor.  We just had several hard rains and my floor is as dry as can be.
Gary is extremely knowledgable and was also able to troubleshoot several other issues I've been having with the vinyl siding, one of which he also repaired.  He's an experienced professional who takes the time to fully explain the issues and answer your questions.

He decided that the 4 windows that needed wrapped wouldn't look right so he wrapped all 12 of my windows charging me just for the 4 windows. I bought a thin trim to put around the eve and he put up the thin options on one side of the house and bought a thicker trim for the eve on the other side of the house and showed me both options without talking down to me like the other contractors had. He bought me a porch light and installed it for me at no charge. The guys that did my flashing originally caused the wood rot he caught it and redirect my flashing for me and fixed the rotted wood at no charge. He went above and beyond what any other contractor had ever done for me. I have recommend him to everyone that I know. He is just wonderful. Him and his team were here promptly at AM and left on time everyday and he actually finished the job 4 hours earlier than his projected time. I can't say enough about this guy.
