The electrician was friendly & professional, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Roberts Electric again.

Excellent service. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgable. I have utilized their services before for indoor work and will use them again if needed. Reasonable rates.

Called for an estimate, Gary came out the next day & quoted me $200.  It was less than the other estimate I had gotten, so I hired them.  I called & scheduled an appointment, and their tech (I forget his name, but a very nice gentleman) came out @ the requested time a couple of days later.  The job was bigger than Gary had estimated, and the tech was here for awhile.  I was worried that the $200 would no longer apply.  But, the tech explained what he did, why it took so long, and that it was a bigger job than Gary had identified, but they honored the $200 price anyway.  I was pleasantly surprised.  The job was completed professionally, the tech was very courteous & helpful in describing what he did.  I will certainly call them again when I need electrical work done.

I called on Tuesday.  They came early Wednesday Morning.

He replaced the light switch (he had the proper part with him).  He worked quickly.

He checked that the second light switch for the kitchen light was also working properly.

He gave me a couple of quotes for other work I might want to have done in the future.

Arrived on-time. Work went quickly and professionally.

Quick repair, quick response.

The repairs included fixing some safety issues with the house regarding the electrical and also he put in a new timing switch for security lighting.  I was happy with him and would use him again.  Gary Roberts is the owner of the company and the electrician I used was Roger and I was very happy with him.  I was also happy with the value of the cost.  He was prompt and communicative and I would use him again. 

It went well. He was very diligent or persistent in locating the problem even though it seemed to take a lot of time. He did resolve the problem eventually. We would use him again in the future if we needed to.

We are redoing another house and I think I’ll call them again because they did a great job. They had to crawl up in the attic and go down the sides of the walls to put in outlets. They were able to figure things out; there were some walls that were brick so they had to put the electrical lines down the wall and cover them. I was quite happy with them because I felt like they were very professional and they knew their stuff. They weren't cheap but stuck with their bid and they were very good. The guy that owns the company lives in my neighborhood.

These guys are the gold standard in Omaha for residential electric as far as I'm concerned. I have been using them for many years. Their work is great, they're fast and and their prices are extremely fair, in my opinion. I hesitate to say how long the guy was at my house for just charging me very little. He has to come back on the oven---my doing, not his---so he knocked the bill down, a lot more than he had to. I don't really know what other electricians charge, just think Roberts Electric is very reasonable. They are coming to a small commercial building I own tomorrow (6/25) to place a smaller amount of metal wall channeling over romex, replace five outlets, put in five separate GFI outlets, install a new fixture I bought, remove two other fixtures, check yet another one, and fix the doorbell, all for $375. Most of Gary's electricians have been with him for many years---I think that tells you a lot. And you don't see a different guy every time they come to the house. Contacted Roberts Electric and was able to talk to someone right away as opposed to leaving a message. They were able to send electricians out the same week and gave availability. Electricians showed up within 15 minutes of scheduled time and got to work immediately. Work was completed in less time than estimated and cost was below quote. Electricians explained what they were doing as they went along and advised me when they were going to get additional materials from truck.

I was very pleased with the work and the company. The people I had talked to on the phone were polite and pleasant, and the electrician who ran the line was a very nice person, and explained all of my questions completely. It only took a day (not counting a holiday) for them to come out and do the work, and the work itself took less than an hour. The quoted price was less than the actual cost, but very comparable the estimates I had received from other companies.

I needed somebody to come in and do all of the electrical wiring and things of that nature that I did not know how to do when we were remodeling our kitchen. I used Gary Roberts Electric Company to come out and take care of those needs. We set up a day and time for them to come out over the phone and they were very prompt, which I liked. While they were doing the rewiring, they even showed me what they were doing, and some tips on how to do some simple parts like moving an electric outlet to a different location in the room. We have had no problems with any of their work since they have done the job for us.
