Our garage door opener died two days before we were leaving on vacation. I called Garage Door Services, and the next day an employee came and replaced our opener. I appreciate that they were able to help me on such short notice. The people I dealt with (Jordan and Reuben) were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

WENT VERY WELL.

I called the phone number in the later afternoon on a Thursday. I received a return call from the business mid morning on Friday. An appointment was set up for the following Monday morning at 8am. On Monday morning, I received a telephone call at about 7:20am to let me know he was on his way to my residence to work on the garage door. He arrived just before 8am. I showed him the door and what was happening when it tried to open. He told me he could easily fix it. He spent about 20 minutes cutting and attaching a support to the door panel causing the issue. Afterwords, he cleaned up and oiled my tracks and wheels, then adjusted the spring to make sure it was working properly. Once he had finished, he told me that he would not put any more money into the door itself, explaining that it had been installed improperly using a 16 x 8 setup without a special kit installed. He told me that the opening itself was only 7'10" and it caused the door to rub on the middle bar support that held the track for the opening. It was obvious that this caused the middle door panel to prematurely crack and cause the issue I was having. He recommended that we install new panels at some point in the future and gave me rough estimate quote for new panels. He was not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything, unlike my recent experience with another company. He also told me that the door panel would likely hold up for some time and they'd be happy to do any further work I needed. I was thoroughly impressed with this person's attention to detail and his willingness to educate and offer information as I asked. I would recommend this business highly and will use them when I am ready to replace the door itself. Great service at a great cost- did I mention that everything only cost me $108? Yeah- that was the best part- great service, information, and a very low price.

He was very knowledgable, courteous, professional, and fast. He knew what it was just from me telling him what occurred. He also took the time to be sure I had all I needed in recoding our remotes and car button. Thank you!! We will definitely continue to use your company and refer as the opportunity arises.

The spring snapped on a Sunday, but I was able to get the door pried open so I could get my wife's car out. I called Monday morning and they were able to get a tech out that same afternoon. The gentleman (Jeff) replaced the spring very quickly and provided a thorough explanation of the work done and the reason he chose the specific replacement spring. He also walked me through their one year warranty and some things to watch out for. He was extremely friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work and I would call them again in a heartbeat! The price was very reasonable as well. A+

My old opener was originally installed when the house was built ten years ago and was a cheap model. It was replaced along with all hardware in about two hours including a new keypad. The door and tracks were also serviced. The total cost was $304 which I though was very reasonable. The service technician took the time to answer all my questions and explain all options before doing any work. He explained the most likely reason for the malfunctions in my old opener and gave me the information I needed to decide on what work I wanted done. So far it works perfectly. I am very satisfied.

The builder had only used one spring even though it is a two car garage.  The service man Jeff came out and said you really should have two springs.  I actually had done research and was thinking the same thing.  He fixed everything and actually cost less than I was expecting.  Would absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent! Found this company via AL and was very pleased. In addition to providing a lower estimate than some other and quot;better knownand quot; local garage door companies, GDS estimate was right on target with final cost. Technician arrived at front end of appt window, and quickly replaced the broken spring (and its twin), greased/adjusted garage door workings. Very proficient and professional.

Serviceman, Andrew, was early for his appointment and provided excellent skill, advise and explanations.
When he was done the door was again silent and smooth in operation. I will have GDS check my door annually from this day on.

Installation completed today as promised. The doors look good and the cost matched the bid. All old doors and materials were hauled away. So far so good. Installers name was Aaron.

They were so nice and polite when dealing with us. They worked hard to please us and we appreciated that. It was an older door that belonged to my mother and they did not give us any problem about putting up an older door. They did the work as we wanted and didn t try to talk me into buying a door from them. We were very satisfied with the ending results.

They had great customer service and they were very polite. They found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. The repairman was very friendly and they were on time for the appointment. They cleaned up very well when they were done.

Garage Door Services were very polite when I spoke with them and when we called them they came over fairly quick. They knew exactly what we needed and how much it was going to cost me. They did a wonderful, time efficient job.

I couldn t get the garage door to come up and I needed to get my car out, so I called the door company and the man came right out and got my garage door up, and he was out the very next morning to put the springs on. He did an excellent job, was polite and left the garage looking clean. I feel that they care about their customers coming out right away like that. I would highly recommend them.
