G & J REMODELING

We had an 8:30 a.m. appointment at our home with Gregg Studanski from G & J Remodeling on 9/27/2013.  He did not show up.  My wife could not get ahold of anyone at the office, so she left a message.  He called her back around 10:30 that morning, and said yes, he had missed the appointment.  He said something about the appointment "not making it to the daily schedule" and stated "it happens".  He asked if we wanted to reschedule.  My wife hesitantly said "yes", and we rescheduled for 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 4th.  He did not show up AGAIN.  We got ahold of the receptionist who said she hadn't been able to get ahold of him that morning (he wasn't answering his cell phone), and she did empathize with our situation.  Gregg did not call us to apologize or offer an explanation - he just didn't show up two times in a row.  I had taken off work to meet with him both times and my wife had rearranged her schedule to set aside time.  In my opinion, Gregg Studanski was very inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude, thoughtless, and displayed a horrible level of customer service.  If he's like this before a job even starts, what's he like when he's actually working for someone?  There is NO WAY I would trust someone who treated us this way.

We are very pleased with the results.  The tile work was beautiful, walls look great and the vanity and other installed fixtures are perfect.  The kitchen cabinet work exceeded our expectations.
We will use again for whatever remodeling work we require and would recommend highly.

G & J Remodeling did only a fair job. Some of the tiles were very crooked, and the job was not well done. Their pricing was decent, but the work was not. Some of the rows were very crooked and the seal in between the tiles was poorly done. I was not happy at all, but now I have to wait for someone to fix it for me. I did try to get them to come back out to correct it, but no one was available for some time.
