I was less than pleased with Joseph and his process. 1. Nowhere in his advertisement does it indicate that he contracts the jobs out, One is led to believe that you are dealing with a company having it?s own staff. Didn?t like that. 2. He was going to send one person,, I told him that it really was a 2 person job. He then said he would send 2. He sent 1. She told me that the other cleaner ?didn?t want to come?. I don?t think this would have happened at a regular business having its own employees. 3. I have my doubts as to whether the fact that it was a ?deep clean? was conveyed to the cleaner. Although the house looks so much better I don?t feel that I got the service that I paid for (386.00). Not a small amount. 4,. He didn?t advise me of a $50.00 discount. I brought up the subject. He sounded surprised but did adjust the price. 5. This review applies to Joseph only, not the person he sent. She did a lot in 6 hours, but some of the services advertised didn?t get done.
