"It is the primary goal of my organization to always provide the best service to all of my customers. Unfortunately, we did not meet this objective with [MEMBER] project. This came as a surprise, because we were not informed of her dissatisfaction with the job for almost two years. My only wish is that instead of informing us of her satisfaction with our work at the completion of the project, she would have pointed out what she wanted done differently. Final touch ups are the last things we always do, and the area that other customers always comment on how detailed we are. I have learned from this mistake the critical nature of doing a thorough walk thru with the customer, especially when the customer has not spent much time on site during the project."

Everything was done excellently and Ivan and his co-worker were very very nice. The price was good too. We are very happy with the painting and would always recommend Fresh Coat.

Their phone is an answering service. They take the message and pass it along to the painter. I would definitely recommend them to other people. They are really friendly and trustworthy people coming into my house. He has been very professional. He was willing to work with me on a lot of things. I was having a hard time deciding on paint colors, and I thought I had a decision made and he painted the house. I then told him I couldn't do it, so he started off with a different color. He was really willing to work with me on different paint colors. He is very responsible. He calls back right away when I leave a message. We had a couple of other estimates. His price was right in there and a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. His price was very competitive.

We will try to do whatever it takes to make the customer proud of their investment in their home and in this case it took a second effort to correct a dilemma that was stumping all of us."
