They were fast and efficient, They were great. They put in top quality air-conditioner. They also did yearly maintenance. they showed up and make sure things work out properly, make sure you're happy with it, they checked humidifiers and filters as well..

I signed up for an annual maintenance.

I've used them for many years. I don't have anything to compare the price to. I have had a long time relationship with them and they have been reliable. I keep going back due to the relationship. The worker was skilled. He gave helpful information and he was professional. We are getting close to needing a new furnace or air conditioner and it would be nice to have that information upfront. It would be nice to have information to review.

Very efficient, prompt, clean install.  Removed and discarded old toilet and installed new one.  Clean solders with expansion tank.

They do a great job for me. They come out in the pre-winter, and check my furnace, and come out in the spring to check my air conditioner. They schedule quite quickly, when they come in, they are neat, they put on little shoe things on their shoes, they are polite, and efficient. We have never had a problem with them.

Russ was great. He provided alot of details on the AC history and next steps.

They are professional, responsive and explain everything so that I can understand. I've also used them to replace an air conditioning system and fix heating problems.

Frazier Co was very responsive and diagnosed the problem quickly. Previously, I had another company come to give me an estimate and that technician said I needed to replace the entire unit. Frazier Co. recommended replacing just the coil, which was still under warranty. The charge for coolant from The Frazier Co. was also significantly less than the first estimate I received (approximately 40% less). I will call Frazier Company again if needed.

They are good people and their service department is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Frazier Plumbing for years. They are always professional, punctual, honest, on-time and provide quality work at reasonable prices.

My furnace wasn't always kicking in right away when it was supposed to. My cousin had recommended The Frazier company, so I called, and they sent someone out the same day. The furnace was cleaned out and was working fine when he left, but by that evening it was acting up again, so I called again the next day. This time they sent out Steve. He was great! He installed a new thermostat and inducer motor for me, and it's been working great since then. Even though it took two people to service the furnace, they were both very nice and professional. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

The technician was on time, was very knowledgeble and oferred some good suggestions. So far we are very pleased with the service

Frazier staff were amazing from start to finish, beginning with the sales call to follow-up calls. Jeff coordinated the entire project with permits, contacting MUD, coordinating the waterheater install all the way to the rebate filing with Lennex and MUD.
Installers were professional, efficient, timely. No mess, no problems. This was a big project for a homeowner and it went flawless. I would highly recommend Frazier for any heating/ac work.
