We offer a purchase credit for the resaleable goods in the home and apply the credit to the invoice. In some cases, cleaning, content removal (furniture, hazardous chemicals), the credit exceeds the cost to remove the contents and we pay you. The outcome of our proposal is determined by how extensive the cleanout and preparation is and the resale value of the goods in the home., trash, yard maintenance
