Appliance Repair
I called the company the day before and they located the icemaker needed for my freezer so they knew they could have it in a timely manner. Ron came out and assessed whether the icemaker in the fridge/freezer needed a new water valve or a whole new unit. I assisted so was part of the process and saw that the water line was fine. He left to go pick up the icemaker unit, returned and had it installed in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again!

Florence Appliance sent their serviceman out to replace the tray in my refrigerator's ice maker and he was wonderful. He had a hard time getting the part out but was very persistent and had the part shipped overnight from FedEx for me. The ice maker now works like a charm, we are pleased.

They had to rip the whole washing machine apart to change the motor and they did an excellent job on it. They were able to get it up and running in no time. They were very polite, respectful, and they cleaned up very well.
