It took awhile to get use to him, was a lot of bark but never tried to bit, just tried to get the message across that I was in his yard and he didn't appreciate it much :) We still service your neighborhood so if you ever need us again just give me a call or email. I see you put the price around $100/month, for your 4 dogs twice a week pick up it was around $65/month. Thank you again for your past business and we're here if you need us for future service."

"The only times I spoke to (member name removed) was on Feb. 20th 2013 and Feb. 24th 2013, and she called me to apologize. When she first signed up for service her roommate actually set everything up and he was responsible for the bill. For the first 4 months of service the bill was not paid on time and after repeated attempts to bring this to their attention I terminated their service due to their inability to pay on time. If service was so bad why would (member name removed) call and insist I continue to do doing business with them? When they first signed up they requested every other week cleaning, which I do but for small dogs only 15lbs or less. They said they had 2 small dogs around 15lbs, they did not. They had 1 dog around 15lbs and the other was around 35-40lbs, and on 2 different trips I heard a 3rd dog barking inside. Another reason I terminated services, inability to pay a bill on time and being untruthful. Just because I perform a blue collar job does not mean I'm not intelligent. If there was a service issue after (member name removed) insisted on keeping them on as clients I was never informed about it. I have a service guarantee that if you are not happy we will come out and make sure you are. As for being rude on the phone I'm not sure what she is referring to, we only talked 2 times and if I was rude why did she insist on resuming service and call me to apologize for their behavior and actions? One final note about this, instead of calling me (or emailing me) and having a 30 second phone conversation and resolving her issue she spent all this time writing a bad review for EntreManure. Even after being disrespected, lied to, and ignored I was polite. (member name removed), please don't beg someone to continue doing business with you when you can't pay them for services on time and then slander them on a website."
