About us

Empire services offers residential and commercial carpet cleaning in the Omaha area since 1997. We pride ourselves with upfront pricing and very minimal up costs with the exception of very difficult uncommon stains. We also offer carpet protection applications, pet stain treatments, carpet deodorizing, and furniture and mattress cleaning, Our preferred method of carpet cleaning is to steam and extraction which is the most proven way to ensure the removal of dirt and stains.

Carpets looked great and Scott made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I mentioned to Scott that another company was hired to deep clean the entire house but barely did anything. He informed me his company could do this too and took the extra time to walk through the house and ensure they could do what I needed. Will recommend and will use again if needed!!!

Mike and his team are very knowledgeable! I have worked with Empire Services for several years and sing their praises! They routinely save me money by deep cleaning stains that would have otherwise made a replacement needed but are respectful and curious enough to be upfront when the cleaning will not be sufficient.
