Christopher and Michael did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. They had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1985. They explained every single step of what they did. Christopher was very customer oriented and welcomed every one of our questions. Michael was equally helpful. It took 1/2 day to clean the system and 1/2 day to do the sealing. The leakage in our system was reduced by 94%. I can feel the higher air flow from the ducts. Every room on all three floors is now within 2 degrees of the thermostat setting. Equal comfort in the basement rooms as well as the 2nd floor rooms.

Great. The workers were very professional. It was raining pretty hard that day and the workers did good work protecting the floors. More importantly did great duct work.

Very well. They were on time, careful, professional, sent photos, were clear about expectations and results, and best of all, cleared out 25 years of dog hair and dust from our vents!

They were not able to get the ductwork sealed as much as I would have liked, due to an issue with my ductwork somewhere in the walls, but that was not their fault; they were still able to get it sealed better than it was. I used to have a spot on the kitchen floor that was warm in the winter due to leakage, now I can't tell. That alone tells me they were able to do some sealing, plus the printout they gave me that showed leakage before and reduction in the leakage after treatment. (printout showed a 43% reduction in leakage). The men were careful to clean up after themselves and left me little to do to after they left. I was emailed photos from before and after the duct cleaning.

We were very satisfied with the work performed and the customer service provided by Duct Medic (individual scheduling the service, individual providing the estimate, individuals performing the service).

It went great. The guys were right on time and I took them through the house and point out were the ducts were and they went right to work.  I had a couple of questions about the ducts and they were both ready to answer or address any questions I had.  Once they were done they picked up after themselves and it looked like they had not even been there.  Ryan went through the house with me again and for a final check through and showed the before and after pictures and I could tell I really needed to have the ducts cleaned.  Ryan also went over the furnace with me and pointed out which were the return vents and which were the supply vents. Showed me where he and made holes in the vents to clean out the ducts which he plugged or taped over.  All in all I'm very happy with there work and would hire these guys again.

The two technicians, Chris and Rudy were skilled and professional. They arrived promptly, and their equipment was in excellent condition; they were very polite and answered all questions that my husband threw at them. They didn't stop except for a lunch break and did an excellent job of cleaning up. We have a large house with numerous vents. They provided before and after pictures and even left a bag of popcorn to accompany the DVD that they provided. In today's world, it was refreshing to find two young men with such conscientious work ethics and concern that they complete the job to our satisfaction.

The dryer was drying a little slow - I called and was told probably needed cleaning and could actually be be a hazard. It only took a few minutes to clean. Dryer is still a little slow drying. I think the vent was actually reasonably clean before it was cleaned. I think they scared me more than was needed.

it went as I expected and based on what was explained. They removed a lot of debris from the ducts that had been in the duct system since the house was built 9 years ago. We were pleased with their professionalism and the work performed. It took about 4.5 hours for the work to be completed.

The force and volume of the heated or cooled air now coming out out of my vents is much improved. I was hoping duct sealing would help with the uneven temperatures throughout the main level of my home, and it did. I cannot comment on price comparisons as I found no other companies using a similar product. DuctMedic gave me a good idea of what their services where, did what they said they would, and the service people were punctual, competent, and polite.

The company worked around my schedule and found a good time to provide the service. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, and got the job done quickly.

3 employees showed up. 2 got right to work. The other wandered around our house. Approx. 2 mo. after the duct cleaning our furnace filters were filthy. They has to come back out. At that time I was told they has been concerned because they hadn't brought with right equipment the 1st time. Also after that had been here my granddaughters dsi went missing from her room. Its never been found. We have reached a settlement with duct medic satisfactory to our complaint.We had to have them come out and re-clean the ducts. Several other problems arose. We finally worked things out.
