The service tech could not have been any better. He took care of the problem quickly and explained everything to me as well as giving me some tips on how to cool the house down quickly. He was the best. I would use this company again with out a doubt.

Have used Donovan Bros. for my Htg. and AC several times in the past. They have always been prompt and

professional, and have never pushed for unnecessary repairs.

Came back from vacation when it was 100 degrees and noticed the upstairs unit was not cooling. It was late afternoon when I called Donovan Brothers and they answered saying they could arrive the following day between 3-4pm. About 10 minutes later I received a call saying a service person was passing by and could stop by in 5 minutes. They refilled the freon and the upstairs was cooled in a few hours.

I received a frantic call from my renter telling me that the AC has stopped working. I live in another state and checked Angie List for a AC repair company. I chose Donovan Brothers based upon the reviews on Angie's List. I called and talked to Lori and explained that I live in another state and needed to get the AC going for the renter. She was very understanding and had a Service Technician out withing 1 1/2 hour of my initial call. I asked that the Service Technician call the renter about 20 minutes before he would show up which he did. This allowed the renter to be at the house shortly before the technician arrived. They performed the work quickly and did not charge for un-needed service. I would highly recommend Donovan Brothers to anyone having heating or AC problem. I will use their services again if needed.

We had just had our AC serviced 2 days ago by another company, but it broke down again within 15 hours. When the prior company was unresponsive to our calls over 2 (extremely hot) days, we called Donovan Brothers. They came out the same day. Turns out the prior company didn't take enough time to unthaw the coils when they were frozen and they put way too much freon in our AC so the unit was extremely overcharged. Donovan Brothers had to take back out about 4.0 lbs. of freon. So we basically paid another company for adding freon when it wasn't necessary. The technician was very professional and courteous. We explained what had happened with the other company, and he even took $10 off our bill! I will definitely use this company again and will refer others to them as well.

We are thrilled! It went perfectly. We have a GREAT system, never a problem. Tremendous price, longest warranty, that I know of. These guys were on time, clean, and there were no surprises. Have referred them a lot!

My air conditioner was working but not nearly like it should. I called Donovan Brothers and Brad arrived and almost immediately was able to tell that the unit was low on freon. He gave me some additional hints on how to take care of the air conditioner. I noticed a difference in the temperature in my house within 30 minutes and in approx 2 hours, I was starting to get cold. I was very satisfied with the service and will be using them again when needed.

Ovrall it was a great experience. I would definatly reommend the Dnovan Brothers for great service and qaulity work.
