All portions of the work went very well. Would recommend again and again!

The windows were installed and looked great. The owner of Done Right came out to inspect the work after it was completed and noticed a small manufacturing flaw (crack) in the window sill (which was small and I had not noticed) and called to say that he had caulked it well and already ordered a replacement window which they would install at no charge. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Jared was excellent in explaining the insurance and repair process! It was a bit overwhelming with contractors flooding the area who were only interested in what the Insurance company was giving me and basing their costs on that. Jared patched the roof on his first visit and gave me an estimate based on the work that needed to be done without looking at the insurance proceeds. The work they did far exceeded my expectations and was performed in a timely manner considering the heavy work load in the area. Highly recommended!!

Everything went well, they did an excellent job and work was completed in the promised timeframe. The responsiveness was great, we would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.

We had to deal with a mortgage company so getting the things that they needed was kind of a hassle; it slowed things up. I don't blame Done Right for that; I blame the mortgage holder. So far, Done Right had done a fine job and is also going to do gutter and deck repair. So far, my insurance is paying the bill. Done Right was attentive to cleaning up all of the pieces of my old roof and to overall clean up afterwards; they did a really good job of that. There was one time the salesman said he would get back to us but he was out of town, so he didn't.

Work went very smoothly from start to finish. They even accommodated us account of weather conditions (I told them I had small animals in the house which were susceptible to drafts, etc.) as I did not want a whole in the wall on a cold or drizzly day, or have to have the heat on because of a draft. The arrived promptly as scheduled and were completed the same day. We do plan to use them either this fall or next spring to replace the remaining windows.

My interaction with them was fantastic. The guy did the work that he said he was going to do and did it when he said he was going to do it. He did a wonderful job. I had a couple of little problems and he came back and fixed them right away. I would definitely use them again in the future.
