The diagnoses took almost two weeks. Then a message asking me to bring in media so they could test the replicator on blank CDs. After leaving the CDs I waited another 10 days to be told they needed to order a part but the guy who orders parts wouldn't be in until the end of the week. After waiting another week, I called to check the progress. They confirmed the part had been ordered, but they didn't know when it would arrive. In this age of tracking numbers for shipment and 2-3 day priority shipping, I expect a company who's had a customer's machine for 3+ weeks to make the extra effort to get the part in quickly and resolve the issue. To their credit the manager said they'd only be charging me for the part because of the extended wait. That offer was unsolicited by me. I appreciate the offer. It was made 14 days into the process so some of the cool-ness of the offer has worn off. Still waiting...
