We were told by Ak-Sar-Ben that we were going to replace our furnace because certain things were not working the way they should. Got recommendations about Toby and had him give me his opinion. He checked everything out and said all we needed was our blower cleaned. Everything else working fine. We had contract with Ak-Sar-Ben for yearly maintenance. I would have thought that cleaning furnace blower would have been included. Toby said it was really dirty. That was a year ago and both furnace and AC are working great! So thankful we found competent and honest service man.
