Excellent workmanship. Outstanding responsiveness under difficult working conditions with extremely cold weather in the Omaha area.

I was very happy with the service I received, starting from the estimate through completion. Of the 3 contractors I contacted for estimates, Dean was the only one to show up. He came with photos of prior jobs and a lot of useful suggestions. He called several times to let me know about progress. Everyone who has seen the work is very complimentary and I could not be happier. I would readily recommend him to others and in fact, will hopefully be able to have him start on another project in a few months.

Great. He made them and a week later placed them on the fireplace in about 1 hr.

When Dean presented his bid to finish our basement, we were impressed with his attention to detail. He proved to be extremely detail oriented and meticulous in his work as well. As the basement developed, he let us know about options available to us and ideas about making it better than originally planned. We were happy to increase his budget for these items and appreciated the fact that he brought them to our attention. These were items we had not thought of in the original plans. Dean's work habits are wonderful. He was prompt, kept us informed about his progress or reasons for any delay. Dean Ray and his wife, Carol, are a wonderful team. I cannot say enough good things about them. The work was exceptional and his integrity is awesome. Dean is the most trustworthy person I know. He is a diligent worker takes great pride in everything he does. I give him an AAA+! He is a terrific contractor and deserves to be recognized as one of the best. He stands behind everything he does.

Dean is very professional and does a great job. He is meticulous and gets the job done in a timely manner. We have hired him for several home improvement projects and will do so again.

THE WORK WENT WELL AND HIS TIME FRAME WAS REALISTIC.

DEAN GAVE US SOME ADVICE ON WHERE TO LOOK FOR DOORS. WHEN WE MADE OUR DECISION WE NOTIFIED HIM. HE SET A DAY TO PICK UP THE DOORS AND INSTALL THEM. HE TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT FOUR HOURS AND THAT WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY.

AS ALWAYS, DEAN CAME ON TIME AND DID WHAT HE SAID.

This was the first time we used Dean's Carpentry and he did a fine job. He was very trustworthy and arrived right on time for a week that it took him to do the job. We haven't had any problems with the work he did for us.
