Jumping too quickly into my Ford F-250 to chase down a new puppy that had escaped our garage, I hit my knee (ouch!) on the corner of the driver's door and curled it back about a half inch. I received four quotes from collision centers who wanted to charge from $1200 to $1700 to refinish the ENTIRE DOOR and blend things into the adjacent rear passenger door - lots of clear-coat for such a small area of damage. I balked at this, not wanting to make a major repair out of something I saw as a small job. But in each case, the collision centers I initially visited wouldn't listen to me, nor would they warrant limiting the job to just the small damaged area involved. And then I visit Dave's. Lyle was my representative and he was simply awesome! "Why make this a big deal?", he said. And he agreed that the fix could be quite simple. Charging me only $160, his team bent the curved part of the door back to its OEM standard and then air brushed the slight paint crack in the finish. Problem solved!! Hats off to an organization that listens to its customers and does exceptional work. You won't be unhappy with the quality of their work. And they treat their customers like a true family-owned business. Go to Dave's. You'll be happy!!

We went to Dave's on the basis of their Angie's List ratings and a recommendation from our mechanic, and we were not disappointed. A left front collision left our Avalon with a crooked wheel that was not driveable. This car has a lot of mile but is otherwise in great shape, and we want to keep it running for a few more years at least. On condition that they would feel safe driving it on a long trip themselves, I accepted their very fair price to fix. Insurance was going to total it, and Dave's came in below the insurance estimate, so our out of pocket cost was low. The car drives great, now a bit over a month later. We had a little matter with the door locks insert on the driver door, but Dave's stands behind their work and fixed it while I waited. I would not hesitate to go to Dave's again if there is ever a need.

My car repair was completed earlier than the estimated time frame. The interior was detailed and the entire car buffed.

Beautiful work-always on time and car clean when I pick it up. They got me in right away because of safety concerns which impressed me.

The insurance initial estimate was $2,000 with some unknown. My deductable is $500. With the unknowns approved for and paid for by insurance (new radiator and other items that were not easily predicted), the total was just shy of $3800. They did a great job with the repairs, detailed the car so it was as if brand new, and were done 1-day sooner than projected. I am very happy with their work, professionalism, and service. They also are3 providing a lifetime guarentee for the work they have done. I won't hesitate to use them again.

They offered to replace my 3 hubcaps by going to walmart and getting new ones to replace them with. They basically ripped me off because the walmart caps fell off the next day. I called back to get my original hubcaps but they had gotten rid of them. They were extremely rude.

My contact at Dave's Auto Body, Mike, was great! He gave me a fair estimate of repairing the damages on the car. He was very sympathetic when I told him that I only had liability on it and the cost to repair was more than it was worth. He asked if I would like him to have some auto salvagers put bids in for the car as is. He kept in touch with me during the process. He also informed the owner of the situation which resulted in the owner putting in a bid that was $200 higher than the best one.

They handled everything with my insurance company and when they completed the work, you could not tell that damage had ever occurred! The bumper color matched perfectly and everything was perfect as it should be on a late model, low mileage car. They called several times to give me a update on the car which took about 7-10 days for the repairs. Considering the "import" car, I thought that was a quick turnaround.

Prompt and courteous service.

Dave's did a fantastic job on our truck. We were pleased with all of the services provided to us and we would use them again in the future if we were to get into another accident for any reason. You can not tell that the truck had been damaged. We felt that the company was honest with us, forthcoming about the work that needed to be done and easy to communicate with.

Dave's Auto Body Incorporated did a great job repairing our car after a fender bender. They worked quickly and the results were good. I am not sure of the exact cost of the work because it was covered by insurance, but you cannot tell there was ever a problem. We have used Dave's for quite awhile and are always pleased with the results.

We had a little rear end collision in our Honda and this guy was excellent all the way. He worked well with our insurance and he stuck to the estimate. He finished when he said he would and I was impressed by the work he did. I liked the finished results. He definitely took care of business.

This company was a great place to deal with these days. They were honest and guaranteed their work. They matched up the paint to the tee and you couldn't even notice that there was an accident. I have also used them for other vehicles in the past and have been happy with them.
