+ -1 moreOverall, everything went as expected and within the timeframe that had been explained. The only surprise was the notice that funds for the property (and the title company) had to be wire transferred rather than another form of guaranteed payment. I would feel comfortable using Dakota Title and Escrow Co. again.
Description of Work: Dakota Title handled the paperwork for the purchase of a residential lot.
