 + -1 moreWe have been having Crystal Clear Water delivering water to our residence for past 13 years. We had purchased a water cooler from them also during that time. We had a spigot go bad and Russ at Crystal Clear had a replacement delivered with our water at no charge. Our cooler then had another part break and freeze up. Russ then delivered and replaced the part and unfroze the cooler again free of charge. The cooler then would not allow water to be dispensed. Russ then traded another cooler for ours without charge. Despite having some family health issues to deal with Russ was prompt and handled problems as soon as was able. Would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Replaced couple of broken parts on water cooler and then ended up delivering another cooler to replace the one we had.
