I have never worked with a contractor that is detail-oriented and takes such great pride in every aspect of the design and construction of their project to be detailed to perfection. Options for cost savings and cost trade-offs were always discussed thoroughly to help me make informed decisions and get the best value out of my new kitchen. Additionally, using a Sketchup model to help me visualize the space to get the look I truly wanted was very helpful and valuable. I would highly recommend Crafted Performance Homes for everything from design consultation, modeling for visualization, and actually executing the project.

We had the general idea of what we wanted and the materials for the face of the finished fireplace and a live edge mantel, but it was Mitch that brought the idea to life. We ran into trouble getting the face to finish the way we thought we wanted it and so because we had to cut off a little width off of the live edge mantel piece, he suggested we use it to frame out the corners and it couldn't have been more perfect! He is very detailed and meticulously neat and conscientious about the finished product. He'll be hired to come back and help us with our new/expanded deck in the near future!

Our project went great! Mitch from Crafted Performance Homes was excellent at helping us think through the design and materials we wanted to use. He did a great job of explaining issues with plumbing and some other things that weren't anticipated. The workmanship was impeccable and we are loving our new bathroom!
