They do a phenomenal job. The gentleman there knows the work on her car very well and they do an excellent job of making sure they order all the weird parts and stuff prior to her showing up, because we have a small kid, and so they get her in and out of there in a hurry and they're very good about that. They've fixed a lot of things on the car, it's gotten to the point where it needs a lot of work.

The folks at Cordel were great, especially Joel. He always remembers my name, and which car I have had them work on, even when I call on the phone. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get all of the fixes done for less than the BMW dealership.
