I received multiple quotes from Omaha water softener and plumbing businesses to install my own water softener or to have them install their own water softener. If I provided my own softener, companies were quoting me $1500-$1700 to complete the install. Convenient Water Treatment quoted me $450 for the install but the price of their water softener was the same price as the one I was looking at and came with their warranty. I went with their softener and installation for cheaper than the labor other companies were looking to charge. Also they use Clack valves which are well known for their reliability. Thanks again!

Work was fast and high quality. I had done my research on equipment and was able to custom-order what I wanted, too, instead of being forced to install lower-quality products that some installers either have a franchise deal for or lack the skills to install anything else. With such an important project that should last decades, it's worth buying the best, US-made stuff, and this company let me do that, atop doing so fast, expertly, and at a great price!

We had Justin install our soft water softner and reverse osmosis system. Not only did they have the best prices of all our quotes, but they also had the best customer service of any ones that called us back. Justin did an excellent job of not only his work, but the walk thru of both systems. Highly recommended!!

Steve installed a commercial grade system with professional quality installation and added additional plumbing to ensure every faucet and/or appliance we wanted fed soft water was done so correctly! Great customer service and high quality equipment for an amazing price! Highly recommend!

When the sprinkler guy adjusted the water pressure too high in our home, for some reason the water softener stopped working. We called Steve for help. He fixed the water softener and adjusted the water pressure. He even fixed our shower head and faucet. He spent time checking everything and adjusted the water softener to regen so many number of days. He did not charge us for this labor. He is a very kind person. Steve is very loyal to his work and takes pride in himself. So if you need a new water softener or if your water softener needs to be serviced, call Steve, trust me you will never be disappointed. Steve was extremely helpful with information. Did not pressure me. Went out of his way to resolve my issues with the least amount of expense, and offered solutions that went above and beyond. His suggested charges were less than anyone else for his time and efforts. He was literally the best!
