Brought in new phone with cracked screen. After weeks of waiting and no communication from them at all... I finally called them to find out my phone is ready to go.... wonder how long it's been ready for... recieved the phone with the back of it severely heat fractured and blown out gapped. I paid $181.90 for this now piece of crap... I could have fixed it better myself watching YouTube. WARNING DON'T BRING YOUR PHONE TO CONTINENTAL CELLULAR!!!

Continental cellular repaired my Samsung S4 cell phone twice, completely repairing the screen first with a crack, then a second time after I dropped it on the corner and the liquid screen gradually went black. Both repairs were done within 2 hours of bringing the cell phone. They replaced the screen with a better glass protector than I had the first time with absolutely no air bubbles. I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

I went in with a very bad cracked iPhone 6 screen. They were very helpful. The price was what they said over the phone. Took about 35 min to be done and my phone looked brand new.

I decided to try Continental Cellular (CC) for a repair because of the long wait I usually find at the Sprint store on 72nd and Dodge. I brought them my Samsung Galaxy S4 which had started making static noises and losing battery charge quickly. Was told I needed a new motherboard for $250 which had to be ordered and would take 7 days. Not wanting to be without a phone for 7 days I said they could let me know when the MB came in and I would use my sickly-but-functional phone until then. CC recommended I leave the phone with them and use a loaner meanwhile. Seemed reasonable so I agreed. Red flags: 1) I was not counseled on data backup/transfer of data from my old motherboard to either the loaner phone or the “new” one. More about that later. 2) I was left pretty much on my own as regards activating the loaner phone, which was not straightforward. Actually the salesperson jotted down a phone number to call, including a string of numbers to navigate the automated voice response menu to get to the activation step quickly. I was impressed with his knowledge until later when it turned out the string of numbers was incorrect. After several attempts I finally got the loaner activated, but without my contacts or other data from my own phone.
A week later I got a call saying the phone was ready to pick up. I asked if the data had been transferred from the old motherboard to the “new” one. “Ah, no, I’ll work on that and call you when it’s done. It will be today.” I did not receive another call that day. I drove to CC the next day on the chance it would be ready by then. They produced a phone and an extra SIM card. “Why is there an extra SIM card and which one should I use?” I asked. Salesperson replies, “We don’t know which one is your original, and it doesn’t matter because it is only used for 4G and Omaha doesn’t have 4G.” Hmmm.
I was on my own again activating my “new” device. When I tried to do that, I discovered that it was not a “new” motherboard, but a used one from a phone previously owned by someone named “Carlos” with a 908 area code. Was Continental Cellular dishonest? Well, I don’t know if they told me I would be getting a brand new MB, but I was not told it would be a used one, and the price I paid was what a new one costs installed. I call that borderline deceptive.
CC could have been a lot more helpful with getting my loaner set up and activated, and they didn’t even think about transferring data from my old MB to the “new” one until I asked about it. I won't be going back.
