Continental Pool and Spa

1. We went into the store after calling multiple times to set up a pool opening appointment. Our landlord required us to use Continental Pools to open the pool. The opening was set for a one week window; we never received a call that week or the following week. After 3 weeks past our appt window, 10 phone calls and conversations with 4 different employees, we finally got a pool opening appointment. 2. The gentleman who came to open the pool was very nice and did a good job. However, a very pronounced leak was present on the main pipe coming from the pool filter (C.P. installed the filter a year ago for about $1,000). After another 8-10 phone calls and messages, 2 trips into the store, and 5 weeks of waiting, the leak persists. Apparently, C.P. cannot be bothered to fix the leak, replace the diving board, setup weekly pool cleaning appointments at $75/week or even provide a 45 minute $100 system walk through so we can care for the pool system ourselves. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

They have a wide variety of the chemicals. They had what I needed. Their staff was competent.

My wife called and described the problem, the spa was not heating. The service man came the next day. Based on my wife's description, he thought it was a circuit board failure rather than the heating unit. He did some electrical testing, determined he was correct, and had the new board installed in under an hour. The spa now works.

It was just a small twenty minute job that required the worker to use a small, but high pressure hose. He made sure that the lines were free of water so that they wouldn t freeze up during the winter. He did a great job.

It is a good quality pool and they did a good quality job. They were a little pricey but I am pleased with the results. Everything went smooth and the pool turned out really nice. This is a very reliable, professional company and I would recommend them. They cleaned up every bit of the mess.
