COMPLETE TREE SVC INC

This was the only service provider that I didn't choose from Angie's List and the only one that really let me down. To begin with he showed up five hours later than he originally told me to give me an estimate. That should have been my first clue. To give him credit he was the only lawn/tree guy to correctly identify the bushes in my yard. He gave me what seemed like a fair estimate so I went ahead and scheduled him to complete the work the following week when I would be out of town. I came home from being out of town to find that NONE of the work had been completed and there was no message from him explaining why. After four more days with no contact I called him. I got his voice mail and left a message telling him that his services were no longer required. I still haven't heard from him. 8/22 The owner came by about 10 days later to apologize for not calling me to inform me why the work wasn't completed when promised. He accepted responsibility for not keeping in touch with me and said that he hadn't completed the work because there were emergencies that had cropped up while I was out of town. I accepted his apology but wasn't willing to rehire him.
