Complete Restoration Services

I had damage from the F-5 Tornado that hit Joplin, MO and needed to have some repairs made. I saw the sign for Complete Restoration on a neighbor's yard and decided to give them a call. Joe Dooley(salesman) and Chris Polley(owner) came out and inspected my home and stated that they could get more out of my insurance for items that were missed from the claims adjuster. They want you to sign a contact before they do anything. It took about a month to get roofing supplies. After 2 weeks of supplies sitting in the yard, they send roofers after numerous calls. Roofers showed up mid day and were not consistent. I took a day off to babysit these guys and found that they were cutting corners. I called them out and they went in and made repairs. Who knows what they got away with on the days that i was not around. Job spanned 3 days and I don't have a large roof. A week after the roof is completed there are a couple of leaks. One leak caused sheetrock to fall to the ground. Made several calls to Joe Dooley and Chris Polley. Joe kept saying that roofers were on their way, and Chris never replied. Took Monday off to wait for roofers to do repairs an they never showed up!
