We had a large Omaha company come out recently for seasonal maintenance and to diagnose why my A/C wasn't cooling. That repairman told me I needed to replace my A coil ($1200) because it had a freon leak. When my unit started leaking water 10 days after that diagnosis, I called my warranty company because I thought it was about to fail completely. Ben explained that my problem was a clogged drainage line which was causing the drip pan to overflow. He also tested the system and determined there wasn't a leak and that I didn't need the expensive replacement. He pointed out things that we could do to improve the current system ourselves to make it work better. He was very thorough and explained everything. Even though some faults were found with the previous work done, he let me see them for myself, he didn't point fingers. I am very satisfied with this company and I will definitely call them if I need heating or A/C repair again.
