COLLEGE PRO PAINTERS

I was very impressed when we first met with them. The sales guy was very friendly and followed up right away. They had people out ready to paint the next week. They stressed how the "brush and roll" and do not spray paint. They also do not prime, scrape or do any preliminary work before hand and just glob the paint on over the existing. They got paint on the windows, the deck, the driveway you name it. I wish they would have gotten some on the house. They missed several spots and we had to call them 3 times to come back out and paint all the spots they missed (under the soffit, around the windows etc. An extremely sloppy and shoddy job for way too much money.

They were terrible. They started in July of 2010, and they still have yet to take care of the warranty issues that I called about a week after they finished. They sealed all of my windows shut, and they missed a lot. They just didn’t finish. The technicians left debris all over my yard. The corporate people, including the vice president, are the ones that I’ve been struggling with. They never respond. About two weeks ago, they responded after I had contacted the BBB, but now they’re back to not responding.

I was very pleased with the way they brushed the paint on and they were so neat with it. They didn t spill or drip any paint and they did a fantastic job. I like the way it looks as it is a lot better than spray painting. They were on time, professional and cleaned up so well. They are open in the spring and summer and they close up for the winter season but the main office is open year around. They are a great group of college kids that do great work. I would highly recommend them.
