Since opening our doors in 1959, Climate Control has built a reputation based on Integrity, Honesty, and Dependability. In the nearly 20 years under our present owner, exciting things have happened at Climate Control. Our Continued growth has allowed us to cover all aspects of the HVAC industry. We cover residential replacements, light commercial, and industrial work. We also specialize in service, installation, retrofits, and design. We are TRANE dealers, but we can service, replace or install any brand or type of furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump based on your needs and wants. The number one goal Climate Control pursues is your 100% satisfaction. Today as one of the largest HVAC contractors in Nebraska, we are proud to say that our success is directly related to the professionalism and dedication of our employees adhering to the highest standards and work ethics in the industry. Our drug free service technicians and installation specialists are certified and are very dedicated to their work. They are factory trained and background checked. Climate Control is personally committed to the growth and development of the Omaha area, through community involvement and leadership. One way we have given back to the community is, we furnished and installed the HVAC system for Omaha’s Ronald McDonald House free of charge. And we continue to service their equipment free of charge as well. Also, we are a part of Kiwanis International, which is a service club dedicated to helping the children of Omaha.

We were safisfied overall with our service from Climate Control. I would still be using them if they had not merged with another company.
Description of Work: Climate Control tech performed a Fall furnace tune-up on 9/21/2011 and a Spring air conditioning tune-up on 5/25/2012. Both the furnace and air conditioning units check out satisfactory. In September 2012, Climate Control merged with Service One. We decided not to go with Service, and went with River City Heating and Air instead for our future servicing. .

I spoke with Bill, the owner. He was wonderful on the phone, but we were not there to get the work done at the time. We may still consider doing it in the future. He was very accommodating and helpful.
Description of Work: We contacted them to get a furnace replaced.

We have used them for a number of things and would recommend them to anyone. Their price is better and it feels like they are more like a mom & pop operation. We can get the same technician every time. They charge 130 dollars for the spring and fall checkup.
Description of Work: I use them for my heating & A/C service and they checked the furnace for winter on their last visit.

They did a good job. The technician was courteous and he cleaned up after himself. He appeared to be knowledgeable of the system. He did a thorough cleaning of the outdoor unit.
Description of Work: They came to my home and did a summer tune up on for my HVAC.
