I wish I could give the folks at Clean Water Guys 10 stars! We recently built a new home in Bennington and had an entire house filtration system, water softener and RO purification system installed during the build process. The best part is that they were flexible with all of the things we wanted to do and even fulfilled my request for a RO tap in the master bath on the 2nd floor. Best thing we did of the entire house build! The team worked directly with our builder and stayed on top of our project. They also scheduled an in home demo after we moved in to make sure we were comfortable with the system and how it worked. But the awesomeness does not stop there. They call us whenever they are in our area wanting to know if we need any salt dropped off or have any questions. Talk about top notch customer service!

This was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. They are so professional and knowledgeable. These guys cleaned up my well water so that I can now drink it and it doesn't stain my toilet or tub. A simple word of amazing to describe what they did.

Tech was within the time window given to me by phone appt. Rep called to tell me that he might be late but he was not. Very professional - changed the filters and checked all equipment in a very timely manner. Answered any questions I had. I love this purifier system and drinking water. The water in this city is so bad and rusty.

My wife and I were referred to United Distributors by a friend/neighbor. Even though they came highly recommended, we looked at/interviewed several other companies in the area. HANDS DOWN, we received the best follow up, attention and personalized service from Rory and his crew at United Distributors. Without any doubt or hesitation I would recommend United Distributors to anyone looking for solutions to their hard water issues.
We initially met with Rory at his office on a Saturday afternoon, late in the day. We had several questions and Rory stayed with us well after the normal closing time for the day. We never felt rushed and had the feeling that Rory would have stayed as long as it took to make sure all our questions were answered. I won't name the names of the other companies we interviewed but their presentations didn't have the personal touch and level of service that we experienced with Rory. FIRST CLASS!!
We've had our system in the house now for just over a month and absolutely LOVE it. They've followed up twice in the past month making sure that everything is working properly and that we're happy with the unit. Other companies may say they have great customer service but often times fall short when it comes time to actually provide any service. The personalized service we have received so far from United Distrubutors only reinforces to my wife and I that we chose the right company for our hard water issues.

Two men arrived early and the owner came shortly after for a short while. The reverse osmosis was installed first with a new faucet then the water softener system was installed. We were given instructions on the care of this equipment and what to expect. We were also told how much to reduce the amount of cleaning products we use. We were given information about how to avoid etching of glassware in the dishwasher with the soft water. They cleaned up after themselves even wearing shoe covers in the house. Each one was friendly and knowledgeable.
