A less that professional job and "customer service" is a joke.
Earlier this year we contracted with CKF for bathroom countertops. They sent their representative out to measure and told us to have our fixtures available so that person could make certain the new countertops would accommodate them, which we did.
The countertops were delivered and installed on 9/29/16 but there were a couple of issues. First the sinks were a different color than what we had agreed to but more importantly, the countertops were too thick and the water supply lines couldn't be hooked up.
After contacting CKF about the fixture issue the only response we got was, "We're not plumbers", which isn't the issue. CKF and their representative(s) should have the professional knowledgeable to know what will fit and what won't. That's part of the expertise a customer should be able to depend upon. To keep parroting, "we're not plumbers" would be akin to a clerk in an auto parts store selling you the wrong item for your car and using the, "We're not mechanics" defense.
As far as the incorrect sink color it's the difference between white and bisque which isn't worth having to pay a plumber a second time.
We had three quartz countertops installed by CKF. It was very tricky to get the countertops out of one piece of remnant. Even more so as we decided to have the Ogee on the backsplash and return. This also involved mitering the backsplash so the edges would meet. This was the first time they had done such a project and it turned out perfect.
The team was also very patient as the project was delayed for almost a month since the faucets didn't come in...They were understanding and promptly set up appointment for installation once the faucets arrived.
Would highly recommend them!!!
