Clock Repair
This is a Mom and Pop operation. Pop fixes the clocks and Mom runs the
front counter. Pop is fantastic. He knows his stuff and will fix your
clock and he will be very nice and explain how things work. Mom,
however, was quite abrasive. If you can tolerate gruff customer service
from her, you will be very pleased with the quality of work on your
clock.

Clock Repair
The one he did not fix he did not put the hands back on, I don't care that it wasn't repaired but it was weird that he did not put it fully back together. I thought that it was weird that it needed a $400 piece from Germany for it to work again. I do think that the $100 to repair the second clock was fair. They do not charge to look at the clocks which was nice and is something that they advertise. There were two guys working there and one of them kind of had a chip on his shoulder, however the other was an okay guy.
