Were very friendly and professional. Got my car right in and within a few hours had diagnosed the problem. All was fixed by the next day.

From first call to the 15-day check up , all went very well. We had our transmission go out of state and had to have it towed back to our home in Elkhorn. Certified came to our house, picked up our car to have it evaluated at there store on Maple. Within the day, we had a confirmation on what went wrong with transmission (independent mechanic in Colorado who first looked at car told us the same thing) along with a reasonable time table to fix it. The day it was completed, we couldn't pick it up because of our own scheduling conflicts and so arranged to pick up the next day. No surprises on cost, it met estimate (which by the way was $1500 to $2000 less than out of state mechanic who would not have begun repairs for 5 to 7 days). Even at this lower price, we have a 3 year warranty with Certified that the independent mechanic did not offer. Certified also does a 15 day follow up by appointment. We heard a brushing sound with high acceleration and worried it was a problem with the rebuilt transmission. It was only a gasket to the air intake and they replaced it at no cost even though it was not related to transmission repair. Very professional and courteous service from start to finish.

When all the fluid leaked out of our transmission on our 4Runner 4x4, he found it leaked out of the radiator instead of the front wheel drive. Replaced the radiator instead of a very expensive new transmission. Very Satisfied.

Great. Work was completed timely and saved about $700 from what I was quoted before we moved back from the Twin Cities. New clutch worked great from the start and is still working great now. I think that they have a different team at that location now, though. The person I worked with is not listed.

Was able to make an appt. in 1 day. Called on a Thursday, had it serviced the next day. Was in and out in ca. 45 minutes. Thorough, friendly, honest, reasonably priced. Plus I got some questions answered regarding the company and our vehicle. It was a good education as well as good service on our vehicle.

They were pretty good. They were good about communicating before they did the work and they got approval from the automotive shop. They did not go ahead and do things without approval.
