Paul and Susan Vaccaros did an awesome job! They were very knowledge able, listed to what I was looking for, and had great recommendations. When we were looking at homes, the pointed out things I never would have noticed or known to look for. They were very flexible in setting up an appointment, and were very helpful in closing on my home. I'm very happy with the home they helped me buy, and I would definitely recommend them!

The price was 7% of the sale. They did good marketing. The photos that they had taken of the house were excellent and very professionally looking. The agent was very aggressive in marketing and telling other agents in his company about the house. In fact an agent within his company bought the house. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and he was going to have an open house for agents and the house was sold before the open house could occur and it was all his doing.
